Founder details
The founder is the person establishing the company and becoming sole owner of the capital (едноличен собственик на капитала). These details appear exactly as entered in the Bulgarian documents.
Grammatical gender *
Bulgarian documents use gendered word forms (e.g. “Долуподписаният” / “Долуподписаната”). This choice only controls correct grammar.

Documents must state your name in Cyrillic script. Use the suggestion button or type the spelling yourself.
How do you identify yourself? *
Bulgarian citizens use their personal number (ЕГН). Foreign founders are identified by birth details and an identity document – as is standard Bulgarian practice.
