- Support in English, Russian and Bulgarian; other languages via translation. Remote support across Bulgaria; in-person support in Burgas and the surrounding region, and elsewhere by arrangement.

- EU and non-EU nationals, individuals, families, founders, remote workers and digital nomads, employees, and companies relocating staff. Excludes asylum or international-protection cases and legal appeals or court proceedings after a refusal.

- Pre-arrival planning; Visa D and residence-route guidance; EU registration; residence/work-permit and family-reunification support; property search for rental and purchase; lease review and landlord liaison; company formation and company changes; banking, insurance, healthcare, schools, utilities and telecoms; in-person accompaniment to the Migration Directorate, municipality, banks, notaries and viewings, including interpreting; ongoing document and concierge support; corporate relocation and team-landing support for companies.

- Accounting and tax through partner firms; independent legal advice and representation; registered address; certified translation and legalisation; airport transfers; international moving and shipping.
- Pricing
- Individual fixed quotation after a free initial consultation. Fees are in EUR plus 20% VAT and depend on nationality, immigration route, family composition and case complexity.
- Included / external costs
- The agreed fee covers the provider's consultation, coordination, accompaniment and support within the agreed scope. Government and registry fees, translations, apostilles/legalisation, notary, insurance, deposits, estate-agent fees, purchase costs and taxes, transfers, moving and other professional fees are additional.
- Professional responsibility
- Practical relocation consulting and administrative support, not legal advice or representation. Accounting and tax are provided by licensed partner firms; legal advice by independent lawyers. Clients contract directly and independently with those professionals.
- Property / referrals
- The client pays the property-search fee. Move To Bulgaria receives referral fees from partner accounting firms, which the provider states do not change the client's accounting fee. No other referral arrangements are currently in place.
- Delivery / contract terms
- Most services can be delivered remotely; in-person viewings, arrival assistance, accompaniment and appointments requiring personal attendance cannot. No minimum term. Advance payment only before document work; written cancellation at any time, with completed work payable. Government fees and third-party costs already paid are non-refundable.
- Availability
- Accepting new international clients; the provider states it replies within 24 hours and usually offers a first consultation within 2–3 working days. Work starts after the fee agreement and advance payment. Authority processing times are outside the provider's control.
