Not every price can be honestly quoted as a flat fee: for remote formation and the full setup, the effort and third-party costs depend on your nationality, banking and the scope of accounting, among other things. Instead of a flat rate with a built-in buffer, you receive an individual quote with clearly named line items – before any work begins.

Why aren't all prices fixed?

Our formation package has a fixed price of €400. For remote formation and the full business setup, the effort and third-party costs depend on your nationality, the bank and your business model. Instead of a flat rate that prices in a buffer for every scenario, you receive an individual quote with clearly named line items.

Can everything be completed remotely?

A lot, yes – but not automatically every step. Certain signatures, certifications or the bank account opening may require presence or a notarised power of attorney, depending on the bank. We tell you upfront and honestly what is realistic in your case.

What if I already have an accountant?

No problem. Ongoing accounting is not a mandatory part of our packages – we're happy to work with your existing accountant or hand over cleanly after formation.

Can you support non-EU founders?

In general, yes. The specific requirements – for example with banks or residence questions – differ by nationality and current regulations. We review your case individually and tell you honestly what is possible.

What happens after I contact Start in BG?

You'll hear back from us shortly and we'll arrange a free 30-minute call. Afterwards – if it's a fit – you receive a concrete quote. No costs arise before you explicitly accept a quote.
